Sabbath and the little icicles

We are here atYEC church and kids have thier own sabbath school while adults have their own.

Are we gonna dedicate our home, office and our lives to Jesus? The demon are here on earth lingering to any part of this world. They love to hear about us when we are talking about something on his work. Why we are not gonna start talking and praising Jesus of what He had done to us. Goodbye 2011 and Hello 2012

My friend Erna sent message me through facebook asking where we gonna go this new year's eve. I was telling her that we wont go anywhere but stay at home. In the last hours, she was asking me to come with her to the party but we have also common friend attending to the party. Ate Loli just got here in Japan and I did not knew her yet but I was asking Erna, Is the host is as same as you mabait? She was answering me with a smile and I am not wrong then. She is a nice lady.

I decided to come with my family but I gotta pick up Brian since he just got home from Hawaii around 7PM. So we were late then hehehehe

I was so glad that we came because before the 2011 gone. I made new friends and the first time I saw them. I knew that they are nice ladies and will never regret in knowing them. This year I lost one friend- oh no she did not passed away but she was just not get my joke- she thought I was hitting her. Losing her and I gain many after that, I valued my friends and respect them. I am a kind of friend that like to help if I have free time and not expecting in return.

I only asking from a friend a respect and valued me as a friend. If you dont like me of what I did then just let me know right away. Give me a word and will settle everything.

Do I need to post all the foods? Oh no! my mouth is watering again LOL.

Yesterday evening: Found Out Mama had stroke

It's Saturday and we were in the church in the morning and when we got home. We ate lunch and then I took a nap. I checked also my skype if I have miscall from Delle since we were talking of chatting it again. Since there is none, I went ahead and took a nap.

When I woke up, I did not checked messages in my email or in facebook. We ate dinner first but I felt that I dont wanna eat something and because of the kids. We prepared dinner out of cans and left over in the fridge. I cook chicken tocino.

After then, I checked my facebook and I have message waiting for me to read from my sister back in the Philippines. Telling me that Mama had a stroke and I look at the time -that was around 14 hours ago, the ambulance was bringing her to the hospital along with my sister Delia. I was so sudden and never think of coming home right away but I need to send help over there and help the expenses for her to survive. I knew from my heart that Mama is a fighter. We experienced too many difficulties in our lives but still we were holding on.

I was asking so many questions to Delle and Peps. First that I know, she had a stroke and it is serious. She was even throwing up and peed on her bed. My brother was there, but he could not help Mama. The neighbors heard my brother crying around and sent someone to get my sister which she live few blocks away.. My sister Delia is the one helping Mama. She cleaned her up and asked for an ambulance to bring her to the hospital.

When they got there, people were helping her and check what was the damage done during the stroke. I am just hoping that she did not bonk her head to any hard objects. Mama, fight for it.. We will see you on March with Ben and Mary. I was gonna surprise her of our visit but for telling her that might of help.

19 hours ago, my sister updated me that she started to move a little bit but she cant speak. There is no "ugat" or arteries explode or any blood clot. Mama is only answering my sister by nodding her head. Sister is very concerned and asked the nurse. We found out that there was a big part on her brain that was damage and has little oxygen supply to her brain. I was talking also to my sister Pepay. We were discussing if I needed to go home and or else the amount of money that I will spend for plane ticket. I will send it there to help all her medicines, laboratory and other expenses. Too many things to think and to consider.

Mama is also diabetic and she has 30 mmol/L reading on her sugar level. My sister Delle updated me that it went down to 18. It is a good thing. She was also experiencing in chilling. My sister reported it to the nurse. The doctor also informing them that if ever the sugar level does not go down, there is a possibility of another series of strokes. They are giving her an insulin to help in reducing her sugar level. This is what we have in our family- a hereditary disease that runs in our veins. Diabetic is also the main cause for my Grandfather that he died.

There are so many people praying for her that she will recover fast-from the Philippines down to Japan, United States and other corner of the world. Thank you so much. Mama we will see you on March, your apo Ben and Mary will be seeing you too. ======== But only God knows when will be our time.

Dec 9, 2011 at 2PM Local Time... Mama returned her borrowed life to Jesus.

My youngest sister even told me that Mama died and here I am holding 80k pesos to buy more for all the medicines she needed. Even for that she left us - she knew that Mama wanna live longer but her body gave in.

April 7, 2008. Day 2. Tokyo Disneyland. I will share the photos and this is at the entrance of the park and they have different main street. It is covered by a roof. This is the beautiful view of the castle before the rain hit. Here are more snapshots and so we are wearing our ponchos..

April 6, 2008. We spent our day traveling to Tokyo and Disney Sea Resorts. This was our photos when we travel to get to Mickey Mouse. You can also read our trip report here. Here's our photos at Disney Sea at the Mysterious Island and so the photos at Mermaid Lagoon. Brian did found a Hidden Mickey at Mira Costa Hotel. Can you find the Hidden Mickey in the photos? Brian and Ben was in line to ride in 20,000 leagues while Mary and I went to the baby center. Benjamin was scared of the dark and does not want to ride. I heard that there is a coming show at the Mediterranean harbor-the Legend of Mythica Show so I waited there until Mary slept. Brian and Benjamin went to the hotel. We were at Venice, you can see the canal.

March 27, 2008, We finally attended our church service in Yokohama. It took us 2 hours to get there. View the photos I took here.

February 2008. What we are doing here in Japan. We just got here.
February 21, 2008. First Day of our new HOME and we run some problems the propane heaters was not working. We don't heat to keep us warm and we could not cook food. Stove was powered by gas.

The train here is very on time. I only once experience that it was late because there might be something happened. I honestly dont understand what the guy saying lol. They had an announcement.

Kids is half off of adult fare. I suggest it is very easy for us to travel if we use suica or pasmo card. You just swipe it off on the entrance booth. You can recharge your card to any ticket machine. If you like to acquire a card then bring an ID to your son or a passport. Go to the window outside Yokosuka chuo station- they will only issue pasmo card. FYI, Keikyu line use pasmo card and JR line use suica.

We got Ben a card and it is very easy for us to travel by train. Mary got jealous since she can get her own card next year when she will be 6.

Mom and Daughter time at Sanrio Puroland

I was thinking to bring Mary to Sanrio Puroland but I am guessing that Ben will get bored in there because of lots of girly girl stuff.

Getting there:
From Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, we took Keikyu line from Yokosukachuo bound to Yokohama. I got this train schedule from HYPERDIA.COM

This is my schedule but then we missed the train. I was planning that if I missed the train then I will just follow the directions and see how it goes.
.... it was really an awesome timing since we rode the train that bound to Hashimoto(t'was end of the line) and so we do not need to change train.

(My direction above, this will tell you to change train from yokohama to higashi-kanagawa station which is ONE stop from Yokohama...You really does not need to change platform on this station.
We just get off here at Hashimoto, this is a local train and it stops all the stations listed above.

Then: we change train line to Keio Sagamihara Line- I think we get off at platform 4 and 3. So, you must be watchful because it have only 4 stops and then you gonna get there.

Trip to Kidzania Tokyo

The Kidzania is located near at Toyosu train station. It is so easy to get there.

SCHEDULE:
12:30 – Meet at main gate for an immediate 12:40 departure to Yokosuka Chuo
Take the train TO Kidzania. Please bring yen for the train. If your child requires a ticket, they are usually half of the published fare rounded to the nearest 10 yen.
PLEASE MEET AT MAIN GATE @ 12:30 so we can walk to the Yokosuka Chuo. We will leave the main gate (by ATMs) @ 12:40p prompt.
PLEASE eat lunch before coming!!
School gets out at 10:45a that day so there should be plenty of time between school and our trip!
If your child wants to bring something to entertain herself on the train that is okay, but please know that you are responsible for it. At least one parent is coming from every family so that works out.

There is an 8 minute walk (according to website) to Kidzania. Plan on eating an early dinner. The kids won't want to stop what they are doing to eat, but any job that they work at Kidzania that involves food they can eat the product of their work so there might be small snacks at Kidzania in that respect. I will need to pick up the tickets there before hand.
Our shift is from 4-9pm. The girls will be exhausted when it is over!!

RETURN TRIP HOME – BUS!! I am having the Yokosuka ITT bus pick us up (since I do not want to navigate home with exhausted children on the train and the tolls are crazy high to get there). This fee is included in our cookie $$. I told the bus to leave Yokosuka @ 7:15pm, and I was told pending any traffic delays or accidents, they will be there @ 9pm to drive us home!! Yeah! I imagine that by the time we get to the bus and the bus driver starts driving, we will be home around 10:30pm. I plan on asking him to drop us off at the main gate (inside) where I imagine most of our cars will be. After the 9pm end time, we need to hurry back to the bus because we are charged by the hour!! If we take too long, it will end up costing us more!!

SUMMARY:
Bring yen/Pasmo/Suica for train ride TO Kidzania
Bring sack dinner (adults and kids) for early dinner (plan on eating around 3:30p)
Bring something to do on train ride… :) I imagine that they will crash in the bus on the way home!
Adults only – camera
Adults – you can walk around with your child (but you cannot participate in their "job"). I have been told that there is an adult lounge upstairs that you can view Kidzania and relax too. Another adult who went in the past said to bring a book! :)

Ben's Dental surgery with Dr. Read

It was 8AM and we were still sleeping. We put the kids to bed late last night for the purpose of waking them up late. I got awoke by a phone call from the dental office. It was in my thought that Ben is gonna be asking food when he woke up. I told to the receptionist that we will be coming in about 30 minutes. I hurriedly change clothes and woke up Ben and Mary. Benjamin woke up right away since it is his dental surgery. Mary is like a wormy waker, slow and kept curling herself and as usual refuse to change her clothes- whining that she is still sleepy.

Oh, the taxi - I was thinking to get a rental car but then it slipped in my mind. So, I got stucked in West Knox Taxi- called them and my ride is on time. We got to the Dental office on time. I signed paperwork for letting them to administer anesthetics thru IV. Oh, we were paying $200.00 co-pay for this surgery. It is in my thought that it will be an expensive and am hoping not. It is a pain in the pocket he he he.

We were waiting 30 minutes before they called Ben. I was so anxious- I got mix feelings that they are going to put my little boy into sleep while Dr. Read pulling out his teeth. Finally they called Ben. It is really funny that Ben is kinda excited to have a surgery. He even watch cartoon network. First, he got to wear that mask- mask on his nose. I guess that is an oxygen and has some anesthetics to put him to sleep. They gave him tylenol for pain reliever before the surgery. Ben is a trooper. He did not even squint while the Dr inserting the needle on his arm for the dextrose. Uhuh! trooper!!!!! Photo below when they were getting ready for surgery. Dr checks the flow of the dextrose and give also a narcotic for sedation. Mary is looking up -she is watching cartoon :)

They sent us away and head to the lobby. I am a bit nervous though. My Ben is inside without his Mom. I am praying that all will be fine. I tried to cheer up myself, took some photos of Mary outside the Dental office. I asked Mary to walk to the other dental office which we can connect to wifi and so I can talk to my husband. He is at school but has wifi. Good thing.

I talk to Brian and he was surprised that we came in early. He is planning to come and pick us up on his lunch hour. I messed everything. He came and brought us home around noon, he missed his lab exercise. I guess it is not that hard since he came. We could of come home by ourselves.

Brian got to the office 10 minutes before the lady called us that Ben is done on his surgery. Wow! The doctor pulled 6 teeth, all were baby teeth. The two extra baby teeth were the barrier in coming out the adult teeth. He has supernumeric teeth. That is their medical term. Thats why the upper part of his tooth did not fall off. I was waiting for that but since I am the one brushing their teeth. I noticed that there is bump on his gums and it scares me. So, I am urging Brian to let Ben see a Dentist while we are here in the states. It is really different care back there in Yokosuka... I honestly don't like their care. I found it no extra care for patients.. that is what I felt.

The surgery went pretty well.... I was very careful not to bump Benjamin's mouth. After few hours of surgery, I could not believe it, this kid is a trooper. He is ready to bounce himself and play hide and seek LOL. I always keep on eye on Mary not to play with Ben and hurt his mouth. The doctor prescribed him with pain reliever but he only took for at least 24 hours. I did not give him medicine the next day. Kids are amazing how their tissues healed so quick.

Disneyland trip September 7 & 8, 2011

After our cruise to Ak, we stayed a few days in Bremerton area. We stayed at Pacific Beach Shores for a couple of days and we celebrated Ben's birthday. In the next day, we met our cousin Doris Skelly from New York.

We flew to San Diego on the labor day and we stayed at our resort in Ramona. It was a very nice resort. I was wishing to stay a little bit longer there. But we drove the next day to Anaheim and stayed in our other resort at Peacock Suites Anaheim. We mostly spent our time there in Disneyland.

Father and son... love to rides.. ride.. uh! This is their second attempt in riding splash mountain. The first time, Ben was being blocked by the other rider and so they were trying to be on the first and second rider. The crew were putting them again on the 4th and 5th spot but then they were asking the crew to put them on the next log. Brian said that they were rehearsing themselves when they gonna raise their arm for photo..

Where is Mary and me? LOL, we were watching the parade lol. It is a girly girl stuff LOL

Brian mentioned that Ben was laughing with the templates they used when Mickey, Donald and Goofy got wet. Way to go BEN!

Ben really looks funny on his expression.. funny or scared? Well I dont think he got scared, he was asking to ride it again today.

September 6 at Ramona CA

Peacock Suites is one of our resort from Shell Vacation. I was comparing the accommodation from Disney Vacation Club Resort..This is just 2 stars down. But anyways, having a place to stay is the most important thing.

Today, we are packing again and getting ready to head out to Disneyland. Oh yeah, we are Disney NUTS! Waking up at around 800AM, setting up everything and loading the car-Wow!!!! I really don't like the idea of hotel/resort hopping. I guess there is a good strategy in doing this- Oh yeah Brian has and will let you know later hehehehe

Brian checked us out in our resort around 9AM and looking at the time, looks like we could not make it on time in returning our 1-day rental car that we picked up from the airport. We decided to change rental car the next day since it is cheaper that way. The nice thing to the location where we pick up the new car, they let us turn in to their location. It was so nice though. If you guys are looking for rental car, do Hertz though. I find it there cheap from other rental car company but maybe am wrong.

After we got the new rental car, we grabbed some food to eat. We had no breakfast and it is 10AM. ... Oh what a hassle but we dont want to pay more in getting a rental from the airport. It is just too expensive :)) . So, we drove head to Anaheim- drove it for almost 2 hours. When we got there, there is no room available since we got there early. So, we tried to find a grocery store and pick up few things like water. The nice thing, the resort has a complimentary hot breakfast which is good. I just like to save some money and hassle too. It is so hard to travel....everything is a cost.

Right now, while am typing my little journal of the day. I am watching the kids swimming at the pool here at Peacock Suites. What do you think of my fish kids LOL? Brian came in as well and joined us. I am not really a water person. I don't like to dip in the cold water hehehe, Brian was being a chickened though he let his one foot touch in the water. He felt it was freezing but when we asked the kids. The kids said it is fine. They are really fish kids.

After an hour, we head to our room and we saw that the hotel has a complimentary free ice cream at their breakfast. It is nice to have an ice cream, we head up there and grabbed and ate. We were enjoying though, it is F-R-E-E hahaha. That is what Mary was saying.. F-R-E-E... hehehe

After that little refreshment, we did tried to find our annual pass but I could or we could not find. I was so sure that we have it but am just too lazy to look inch by inch in the luggages. And so we went to the park and hoping we could get in but then we were kinda disappointed. Disney is charging now for replacing annual passes. It changed a lot since 2001. So we went back to the resort. We were so thankful though, we found it. We could not pay 80$ for replacing the four passes. LOL.

We spent the rest of our evening here in our resort and trying to sleep early then.

Flying to San Diego from Seattle

September 4th, 2011 - We met our cousin Doris at Lori and Ken's house in Shelton WA

We just had a wonderful time- talking and laughter..

We left at around 630 and trying to catch the ferry at 755PM bound to Seattle.

Brian dropped us (Ben, Mary & I) off at the ferry terminal together with our luggage and I saw a taxi dropping off his passenger. I ran and told the driver to follow Brian to the parking lot where we drop off the rental car. Oh I did not really carry luggage more than 2 before but this time I did. My hand is full. Plus Mary just woke up from her 30 min nap. I am so thankful that Ben helped rolling our luggage... Plus we found a taxi that can bring Brian back to the ferry terminal quick. We just had 25 minutes spare time to do all things. But we were glad that we made it on time.

The ferry run from Bremerton to Seattle, approximately an hour crossing time. We got there around 855PM and grabbed a taxi going to Hilton Garden Inn where we spent one night.

Today, we woke up early at 430AM. Prep ourselves and the kids- load our luggage to the luggage cart. Huh! I was still sleepy- technically all of us. The kids were complaining that the sun is not up yet. All things flow smoothly. Airport were so busy even early in the morning. I regret that I did not send our stuff back home. We are paying 20$ per checked in luggage :(.

When we were boarding, we heard that a couple of seats were broken and was trying to fix it. That's why our boarding was being delayed. Oh well, we let the kids finished eating their oatmeal.

We got here in San Diego safely and drove around 40 min to get here at Riviera Oaks Resort, Ramona California. Took the kids to the pool. I have two fish kids LOL. We were also driving at the city. It is very small city but it is really relaxing though. I like to come back and do horseback riding :D when the kids are old enough to ride. Must be fun.

We spent our afternoon relaxing and catching sleep.

August 22, 2011-Leaving for Vancouver

We checked out at Fairfield Inn and catch ferry to get to the train station (AMTRAK). Brian took the rental car back and ride a taxi to go back to the ferry terminal.
We still have time and so we grabbed food to eat.Ben and Mary has cheese quesadilla.

Brian and I ordered this big burito.. Oh boy! this is huge. I did not eat the whole thing lol.

Family Got Dentist Appointment

march 14-18, we had engineers coming to our place and did monitored the radio active material that fall out in the ground Monday. It was monitored 24 hours. My husband called me in the morning Monday that I will not bring the kids out. Stay inside the house if possible, he told me without any questions. His office asked him if they can set up an instrument at the backyard to the place where we live. I did not say no, I like to know personally how their works look like. My husband was working midnight to noon and he can get at least 3 to 4 hours sleep.

I was really insisting of not leaving Yokosuka but staying until my flight to the Philippines April 2nd. When they had a meeting Friday afternoon, everything changed. Brian had no enough sleep and can't make any decision which is good for us. He is kinda paranoid on that time. He is kinda wanted to get out in Japan. I was just asking him that we are going to buy food

Travel Alert for U.S. citizens to avoid tourism and non-essential travel to Japan
by Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 9:48am
The Department of State alerts U.S. citizens to the situation in Japan in
the aftermath of the powerful earthquake, measuring 8.9 magnitude, that
struck northern Japan on March 11. U.S. citizens should avoid travel to
Japan at this time. This Travel Alert supersedes the Travel Alert for Japan
dated March 13, 2011, to provide updated information on planned power
outages, the evacuation of areas near nuclear power facilities in Fukushima,
and the likelihood of further aftershocks and tsunamis. This Travel Alert
expires on April 1, 2011.

The Department of State requests all non-emergency official U.S. government
personnel defer travel to Japan and urges U.S. citizens to avoid tourism and
non-essential travel to Japan at this time. Temporary shortages of water
and food supplies may occur in affected areas of Japan due to power and
transportation disruptions. Telephone services have also been disrupted in
affected areas; where possible, you may be able to contact family members
using text message or social media such as Facebook or Twitter.

Flights have resumed at all airports that were closed by the earthquake,
except Sendai, Sado, Iwate-Hanamaki, and Misawa Airports. In Tokyo, most
public transportation including trains and subways are operating. Many
roads have been damaged in the Tokyo area and in northern Japan,
particularly in the Miyagi prefecture where government checkpoints have been
established on damaged roadways. In Iwate Prefecture, toll road highways
are restricted to emergency vehicles only.

U.S. citizens currently in Japan should be aware that rolling power outages
are scheduled for the Tokyo Metropolitan area and in northern and central
Honshu. Tokyo Electric Company reports that three-hour outages may occur in
various regions, including Tokyo, starting the morning of Monday, March 14.
Please monitor the Tokyo Electric Power Company website,
http://www.tepco.co.jp/en/index-e.html, and local news media for specific
information and schedules for the planned outages. Radio stations in the
Tokyo area that have emergency information in English include the U.S. Armed
Forces station at 810AM and InterFM (76.1FM).

The Japan Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (NISA) has recommended that
people who live within 20 kilometers of the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant in
Okumacho evacuate the area immediately. Japanese authorities have confirmed
that the situation remains serious. U.S. citizens residing or traveling in
Fukushima Prefecture should follow NISA instructions to evacuate and comply
with Japanese government personnel on the ground. More information on the
status of the nuclear facilities and on areas affected by power outages is

Strong aftershocks are likely for weeks following a massive earthquake such
as this one. The American Red Cross recommends that in the event of
aftershocks, persons should move to open spaces away from walls, windows,
buildings, and other structures that may collapse, and should be alert to
the danger of falling debris. If you are indoors, DROP, COVER, AND HOLD ON:
If possible, seek cover under a sturdy desk or table, hold on, and protect
your eyes by pressing your face against your arm. If there is no table or
desk nearby, sit on the floor against an interior wall away from windows,
bookcases or tall furniture that could fall on you. Avoid damaged buildings
and downed power lines. Great care should be used with matches, lighters,
candles, or any open flame due to the possibility of disrupted gas lines.
Due to the continuing possibility of strong aftershocks, Japan remains at
risk for further tsunamis. Japanese authorities have issued a warning for
people to stay away from low-lying coastal areas. If a tsunami alert is
issued by Japanese authorities, evacuate immediately to higher ground.

Tokyo, March 14 Kyodo -- (EDS: UPDATING WITH DETAILS, INFORMATION) A strong
earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 rocked Pacific coast areas in
northeastern Japan on Monday morning, triggering fears about a possible
tsunami and briefly sending local residents already battered by Friday's
massive disaster rushing for safety.

The Japan Meteorological Agency said the quake, which measured 5 on the
country's seismic intensity scale of 7 in the southern part of Ibaraki,
occurred at 10:02 a.m. with the focus at 10 kilometers depth in the Pacific
Ocean off the prefecture.

No tsunami warning followed but residents in some of the cities and towns
in the coastal areas, including Ofunato and Hachinohe, had to evacuate along
with rescue workers on orders from their local authorities.

The Fukushima prefectural government said shortly after 11 a.m. that a
3-meter tidal wave had been observed in the Pacific Ocean, while the Iwate
prefectural government said there was a report from Self-Defense Forces
officials about a 5-meter change in the height of the tide off Ofunato.

The weather agency dismissed tsunami fears and the evacuation orders from
local authorities were lifted by mid-afternoon.

''It's unthinkable that this earthquake could trigger a tsunami, and we
would have observed one if it had actually occurred,'' a senior official at
the meteorological agency said.

Tokyo, March 14 Kyodo -- The Defense Ministry has decided to dispatch for
the first time its reserve personnel for disaster relief operations
following Friday's devastating earthquake, ministry officials said Monday.

The SDF reserve personnel, many of them with civilian jobs, can be
mobilized for emergencies, and the ministry is verifying whether members are
willing to be dispatched, the officials said.

So far, about 6,500 people have said they will comply.

Among their tasks, they will be required to support the disaster victims in
provision of food and hygiene while some will work as interpreters.

Defense Minister Toshimi Kitazawa, meanwhile, flew to the quake-hit city of
Sendai to facilitate more effective rescue and transport operations.

The 8.9 Mag scale earthquake hit in Japan followed by TSUNAMI

This is a re-enactment of what we did during the quake. Yeah we kind of smiling but during the quake, we were terrified if the shaking stop or not.

We been living here in Japan for 3 years, we frequently felt earthquake but today was the very big one. I look at the time and it was 2:48 PM March 11, 2011. The shaking lasts for more than 3 minutes in my area-it felts like forever and dont know when to stop. It lasted longer to the epicenter which is in Sendai, Japan. I thought the shaking of the ground won't stop. The 3 minutes felt like forever....

To my families and friends, we are far from sendai. We are safe here in yokosuka. I won't say completely safe because we are still dealing aftershocks.

The kids were trained here in Japan of what they gonna do when there is earthquake or tsunami hits. Schools always have drills and they have disaster office to educate more the people in the town. Ben and Mary were staying under the table and so am I. I tried to call my friends using my mobile and we could not get through. All the cellphone tower were on the emergency mode. If you are one of the emergency user phone, then you can use to call. They sometimes open it for everyone to call because Brian tried to use it to call the committee chairman in cub scouting (they have pack meeting in the evening) but I am sure the lines are in all use.

I was scared when I saw my furnitures shaking, picture frames that hang on the walls made some noises. Oh I thought it is the end of the world I never had this shaking before. But this was nothing compared to the area that has magnitude 7 intensity. We were hit by magnitude 4 and still- it was scary. When the shaking stops, we grabbed our jackets and went outside. The kids is kinda enjoying that there is an earthquake. My adrenalin were going and I was ready to carry heavy things if there is really bad happened. Carrying my children would be easy at that moment. Brian was home and he was holding our TV and move his head inside the entertainment center. I saw our TV shaking back and forth and if it fell then we can't watch TV anymore. We have only one TV in the house, dont want to have more.

This is the best thing here in Japan, the streets had an installed loud speakers.. or it kinda a public address system. They even installed this in free-way road or even in Toll fee road. It is a loud speaker telling to people that they have disaster coming. Japan is pretty much ready but then if there is no enough time to escape the danger then all things became useless. The people that live in Sendai area. They have few minutes to escape from the tsunami. It is really sad to think that it is winter time here and to those people that submerge in the water, they won't stay long. They did not die in injuries but through hypothermia. The water moves more than 500 miles per hour, the 30-foot wall water were coming and forcing inland. It is really fast. I just could not believe it in my eyes how the water moves and destroyed the homes, cars, roads, boats, rice fields and even swallowed the whole town. The water run 6 miles inland (that is about 10 km). I am driving here in Japan if they have 30 minutes warning- then they have the time to get out in town for those who are driving car and the traffic were not very bad.

I have a friend that her husband's family live near at the coastal area in Sendai, they have 30 minutes to get away from the danger zone and go to the higher ground. They lost all their belongings. That was so sad :(. But at least they live.

After I posted in FB that there is bad earthquake, friends responded with thoughts and prayers....mostly concerned. If we are ok here in Japan.

Our friend Farah called and asked if we are going to evacuate where we live. We did not know how bad was it until we saw it in the news. We been predicted here in my area to have at least 2 meters rise of the water but water could not get through because we have seawall. Sea wall I guess is around 4 meters high...Other people that are on the ship noticed the rising of the water but it does not stay long.

There is no damages to American installation here in Japan. Here in Yokosuka, we have power at home. Our friends that live off-base, they don't. I heard that the power was back around 130AM.

The Fukushima Daichi Nuclear plant and Daini were evacuated due to the core of the plant were not cooling off.. The people that live within 6 miles radius were force for evacuation due to radio active material leakage. My husband knew the mechanics of the nuclear power and reporters reported wrong information. It is really annoying.

I heard this from the interview in ABC news that the Japan quake were 10x energy in San Francisco quake before.

I'd been to Signal 3 Typhoon back in the Philiipines. I never forget Baguio Ruping, that was back when I was 8 years old. That was a scary moment, after that calamities. I am scared of strong winds and I dont like something air blowing in my face. I hated it. Since then that we live here in Japan, I started to get used to it. But still I prefer to stay inside rather than going out and shop.

The Sullivans Elementary School got vandalized

Monday Morning, I received an email that there were vandalism done at school. They are calling for help in cleaning up. I feel that children has no respect for school or even government property. The government gave us an opportunity to stay here in Japan and enjoy the culture here. But I think, those people or kids doing this. They never gave respect to themselves...

This is an email update I received after the clean up drive they made:

Monday, Sept. 12, 2010 major vandalism was done to The Sullivans Elementary
School. There was damage in two classrooms, lounge and administrative
offices including the principal's office. In addition to the school there
was also damage to several vehicles in the surrounding military family
housing parking areas. A dependent child of a U.S. Sailor has been
identified as a suspect and has been questioned by NCIS. The NCIS
investigation of this incident is still ongoing. A call for volunteers
garnered a phenonal show of positive community response. 364 Sailors and
community members worked tirelessly to ensure the school was thoroughly
cleaned and ready for student and staff on Tuesday morning. "On behalf of
the children, parents, faculty and staff of The Sullivans School, I would
like to thank each and every volunteer who helped clean and restore the
school enabling everyone affected by the horrible act of vandalism to get
back to business as usual. The quick and enthusiastic response to the needs
of our children helps bring the community closer together and show our youth
what hard work and caring can accomplish". said CFAY Commanding Officer
Capt. David Owen.

Climbing Mt Fuji Japan by myself (Betty)

I was so excited to climb Mt Fuji and could not do it with my husband. I am sure he will be complaining. So, I decided to sign up by myself at the MWR tour, a night climb just to watch the sunrise in the summit.

But first I like you to watch this video clip. It was really funny. I made video as well for my own climb.

Sunday at 3:20AM, I wake up and finished for my last packing. Brian took me to Fleet Recreation Center at 4:45 and then said goodbye to him and the kids. We boarded to bus after few minutes I got there. I'd met few ladies there that climbing up by themselves as well. I met Jane, Ingrid and Sonya. At 5:07, we were finally off. I sit next to Sonya at the bus and were talking for a bit and then tried to get some sleep at least for the 3 hour-ride of the bus.

First, we stop by at Ashigara Parking Area where we were taking a leak and bought few things needed for the trip. Then another stop at the Shrine. This Shrine has the trail to go up to Mt Fuji but I heard, it took a day or maybe more to climb up at the 5th station. When we got there, they are preparing for the fire festival on August 26. This is one of the big festival in Japan where lots of people flocking from different corner in Japan and some tourist as well. Just to see a mile of fire lit started from the shrine and dunno the exact road they are using but I know it is started at the shrine

Princess Gathering- Mary's day

In Disney Magic cruise, they gave a chance the young cruiser to meet up their favorite characters. It is a princess day - These are the princess that are gathered at the lobby atrium. They will meet up the young girls and boys and do autograph signing. They made this event twice in the 7-day cruise but I am not sure the schedule of events in Disney Wonder.

The first time, Mary was so unhappy because they cut the line when we got there. I tried to explain it to her that we will catch all the princesses on Thursday where they will be coming out again. She understood but I can see on her face that she was not happy.

Brian drop us off outside the terminal while he was returning the rental car, I was thinking to wait him here outside but it was cold and Benjamin is just wearing T-shirt. So, we went ahead and go inside the terminal. The kids look funny, I asked them that Mommy will take some of them background with the boat. They were sitting down, thinking that I cannot take photo of the boat. Cute kids!!!!

Flying to Iwakuni, Japan

Today is February 22, 2010, we flew to Iwakuni Air Force Base for one reason. We will catch the plane bound to Seattle the next day. We left here in the house around 7am by driving head to Yokota Air base. We got there on time before the roll call which is so good. The plane arrived and few people got out. We dont have any problem to get on on the plane. When we arrive in Iwakuni AFB, Brian checked in for the next day flight, just to keep us up ahead to everyone. The lady was so helpful, we found out that our paperworks need to be reinstated our destination and so we are elligible to fly the next day for Seattle. Brian called his office and straigthened everything, we are so lucky the people working in the office did not left it yet or else we will be doomed (AGAIN).

After that, we went ahead and checked in at the visitors quarters. We thought the building that we were stopping for the checking in is the building where we are going to sleep. Oh, I am wrong. We rode a taxi to get to the visitors quarters and dropped all our bags, we are the second floor. Bringing 3 suitcases, no fun at all.

This is their visitor quarters. The place is cozy, we have two twin size bed with full kitchen. Oh big refrigerator. I will say American refrigerator since I am using Japanese ref which is so small hehehe.
I asked Brian that we are going to pick up a few bottled water at the store. Their Exchange store are much better in Yokosuka and it might be in yokota. It is just like a small mall the way they displayed their items, it is a two storey store. It is not crowded. We picked up also a headphones and a splitter for my ipod to keep the children entertain while we are on the plane.

This is a Japanese hangar for the fighter plane back in WW II.... they preserved it but it was closed when we got there.

Travelling EML flight bound to USA

Brian and I laid our plans in getting on on the plane Friday evening bound to Seattle WA. The plane was from kadena air base in Okinawa. The people that has orders are the priority to get on on the plane.

We are so excited for our trip. We rode a shuttle bus for Yokota air base and checked in. This trip is considered a "lucky" game seating. At 1800, they announced that there is no available seats but only to those people that has orders and they are category 1 in priority sitting. I saw at the arrival area that there were two families came out/get off on the plane. We are category 2. A couple that their son went to Seika Kindergarten, they offered us a lift back to Yokosuka. They bought a plane ticket and we were trying also. I immediately think our roof in our house in Washington needs to be replaced and so we could not afford it. If not then we could of. I am so glad the bank refused the online purchasing that Brian made because they activated the fraud protection. My bank suspects that there is someone hacking our account.

We are back around 10PM here in the house and trying to figure it out. Brian did the cancelling of our reservation at the Navy lodge in Sub-base Bangor and also our rental car.

The bad thing, we bought our plane ticket already from the Seattle to Florida and when we will get off in the boat. We purchased already our plane ticket for Massachusettes then back to Seattle. We reserved already a night stay in Animal Kingdom lodge, one of the Disney Resort in Orlando, FL. All our vacation plans were all set already :( and now we are here stuck in the house.

So tomorrow, we will repack our bags and then try to fly for Iwakuni air base on Monday. At least we have a little more chances that we can get on on the plane because of our category. We reservd again another stay there for a night. We are hoping. I know God has all the reasons for everything. I always have faith on Him.

If ever we did not get on then we already told our cousin if they can make a last minute arrangement vacation in Bahamas. We reserved two inside rooms for our Disney cruise. It is better off to give it away rather no one is using it.

Brian asked me if I want to go by myself and the kids and left him behind here in Japan and fly commercial. I don't wanna go without him. I wanna use the EML flight and all of us will go (if ever).

If we cant get on on the plane and we are already in Iwakuni area then we will take the kids some good places there and buy toys. We will try to pamper this two little kids. We knew that the Grandpa is so excited to see them and they gonna meet up their cousin Lori and see our friends there. We are going also to miss the opportunity to see my sister.

These aerial images of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, were released by ABC News on Wednesday, showing the attacks from new angles. They were taken by the New York City Police Department. Here, smoke billows from one of the towers after being hit by an airliner as part of a coordinated terrorist attack.

The upper floors of one of the towers burns after the attack. A total of four jets were hijacked by Islamic terrorists on Sept. 11. The al-Qaida-affiliated hijackers slammed two of those jets --- American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175 -- into the Twin Towers that morning. Some 2,975 people died in the attacks.

The towers collapsed as huge fires caused by the impact of the plane crashes spread. About 2,600 people were killed in New York alone.

Both towers collapsed within two hours of the attacks, which began at 8:46 a.m., bringing down nearby buildings with them.

The towers collapsed as people inside them tried to escape. Some plunged to their deaths by jumping out windows before the buildings fell.

Smoke and ash from the skyscrapers engulfed lower Manhattan.

There were two other attack sites on 9/11. One airliner was flown into the Pentagon, killing 125 people. And the fourth plane to crash that day went down in a field in Shanksville, Pa. The official 9/11 Commission report said the hijackers crashed the plane as passengers tried to seize control. Here, smoke fills lower Manhattan after the towers collapsed.

We are staying two years now in Japan but never been there. I took this photo while we were in Raponggi Hills Mall last December 25, 2009 as we were looking for Winter Illumination. We got to the mall early and we were staying there until dusk.

We are really in Raponggi. Now, I am wondering the pubs and bars that they are talking about. But this place is packed with people.

They had stage shows, singers sing Merry Christmas songs. It was fun though, remembered the old days. Oh they sing both in Nihonggo and English songs.

Thanksgiving Day at New Sanno Hotel tokyo

My late post. Photos were taken during our Thanksgiving Dinner at New Sanno Hotel. We did not cook in the house but instead we went off.
The place were packed and crowded. We were planning to hit Tokyo Tower and as usual we put on hold again. Because when we got to the hotel, we could not get a parking and we were waiting for a little bit. Oh, I got to drive from Nobi to Tokyo. I was extremely scared and woint do it again LOL.

The food was delicious but I wont do it again. I don't like the crowds.

This is how Japanese harvested their rice, I think they harvest it by hand. Their rice farm is not that big and using machines like harvester is not reasonable. I find it expensive.

We were heading to the vineyard. Look down below, Brian could not even stand up. This vineyard is design for little people. This was our first stop of this tour, eating fresh grapes at Mikado Grape Farm. They have green and purple grapes.

After we ate grapes, we had a stop over in this museum, they called it festival hall. The float was built and painted it by hand. Japanese are very artistics with regards on this matter.

After that, we head to the Nagatoro train station. They parked the bus and we got off and look for lunch. This place is a small place and it seemed no Japanese here speaks english. Our tour guide tried to accomodate us. We ended up in a Japanese restaurant of course.

Brian and I always love to try new things, new food and all that. But exploring here in Japan is pretty much different. We did not explore much here because of only one reason. We cant read Japanese writings and most of their food have seashells or pork.

The waitress gave us the menu, of course in Japanese writings. We can read the tempura and soba udon hahaha. We ordered that and ouch! there is pride shrimp in it. Well, we were hungry and put the shrimp on the side.

This is sweet pride soba noodles as an appetizers, it was good though. After we ate, Brian bought a bag and take it home.

The food was delicious, you can actually choose the food as hot and or cold soba. We ordered hot though by saying "hotto" hehehe

As we were heading to the boat pier, we saw this stalls, you can sit there and eat. Japanese styl;e snacks stalls.

November trip to Disney Sea Tokyo

We met a friend in the complex, they are nice people and love to go Disney. So, we planned to come out last week and it happens that it was raining. We are not gonna let the baby which is 4 weeks old to go through this rain madness.

Whoa! We just got back from sailing and the kids were out. Brian went to the bathroom and soaked up his foot. Got a foot-pain again.

The Monkey Island where lots of Japanese visiting on this little island. During Summer, this place is packed.
There is festival held in Mikasa Park. I wanna go there and be nosy and of course eat some food but I am tired after the sailing.

Our Next Disney Cruise

Brian book our next cruise and this time, we did not care of what room we will be staying or shall I say what categories. We booked a category 10 for 2 rooms. We could not get an interconnected rooms and so we are talking of bringing a baby monitor or something a monitor and so we can heard the kids fighting. They knew how to fight.

The last time we got the category 6 with Veranda. But hey! who likes to stay outside in your room. Gosh! It is very warm days and nights. I felt sticky also from the breeze-salty air. I think we just used twice during our 5 nights cruise before.

This time, it is gonna be fun. The kids are old enough to understand and both of them kept asking to go ride "Mickey boat". Before, it was just Ben who can play and we cannot leave Mary for so long on the baby sitting area, maximum of 3 hours. When she is crying, they kept calling us with the monitor that we are carrying.

My husband went to a class for sailing. I was urging him to attend, boy! It is not cheap though but I think it is worth it. Since he can get a kind of certificate to sail and we can rent a sailboat.

We are so excited especially the kids, we are going to go for a sailing on Sunday, November 1, 2009. I am hoping and praying that there is enough wind - or I will say, a perfect wind for sailing. The kids were so excited.

Disneyland Trip to Tokyo AGAIN

The kids kept asking to go visit in Disneyland. Both of them are looking forward everyday. Almost everyday, they asked if we go to Disney today. My kids are Disney nuts.

We left here in the house around 8PM and got to Tokyo around 10PM. Kids does not want to sleep but they wanted to watch TV. We urged them to sleep or else they will get tired the next day and does not want to wake up.

We woke up around 7AM, the kids were so excited when I told them that it is Disney day. Mary is the most excited one. We clean up ourselves and got breakfast and then head to Disney. Both kids were so cute when they kept telling us - about Disney.

When we got there, Benjamin wanted to that laughter show but it has a long wait of the line. We decided to get a fastpass but then we are going to come back at 8PM. Too bad!

We head to the store and bought few stuff. Mary loves the toys but we did not buy any though because we knew that there is more stuff that they can see as we roam around the park. Benjamin was looking in the map and told us that this is the way to Toontown. He loves toontown and he got a chance to play at Donald boat without Mom and Dad. Mary was so busy eating popcorn and feed the birds. Until such time that Benjamin asked to ride in a roller coaster. Mary got to ride though as she is tall enough. At first, she does not have any idea of what she is gonna be expecting.

My Japanese friend Chinatsu, she is always my partner in crimes but a silly crimes :D. She and I were talking about going to the beach with the kids.

Today, we decided to go with her husband. Poor me! I don't have a husband :D. They picked us up in my house and her husband was the one drove us to get there.

Beach Day with Kids

Kids were up late today since we went to sleep last night late. When they woke up this morning, we ate together breakfast in the table and we talk of going to the beach for a walk. I did not promised them if they could go swimming. I know that it is kinda the water is dirty

After we ate, we prepare ourselves and then head out. We walk down the beach. It is around 15 minutes walk from the house but we took our time walking. Kids were busy looking around. We took some pictures also. I also took photos of the flowers along the road. I like to share it here but then it is not uploaded it yet.

The beach was really stinky I mean the air, we just walk along the beach and I was complaining with the kids. Kids were picking up sea shells and dig sand. Benjamin even draw a feet bird, which is really cute. He even made a sand castle and put all the sea shells he collected on top of it. When I said that there are lots of dog poop then we decided to come home. I was thinking to ride a taxi home but then I did not seen taxi passing by. Darn!!!!

Well, well... we crossed the road and head to the small street. Mary is complaining that she wanted me to carry her. I was talking to her that we are going to walk on that house and then Mom will carry you. she agreed! Good girl!!! Benjamin was ok, he is kinda tired but he managed to walk. We even found a temple and Mary was playing with the thing they used for cleaning their hands before going inside the temple.

I asked the kids to continue walking and oh I was carrying Mary. Ben was so happy that we can see our house LOL. Poor kids, well we were walking the sun and we were out for more than 2 hours. I just had fun with them.. Spending time together.

We were also trying to find some bugs in the tree... both of them were fascinated and I was taking photos also as I always love to do.

Got home, cool off ourselves and then we were all taking a bath since we felt sticky and dirty...

Brian visited our cousin Lori and her family

Brian is at states and so I am home with the kids alone.

I just received a phone call early this morning by telling me that "oh we can lower your interest into 6.5% APR" - oh that would be so cool LOL. And since hubby is at Bremerton then I remembered cousin Lori and her husband Ken that Brian need to see them. Brian was being scheduled to see Barb and Tony but then all his scheduled were change after.

Brian got a chance to meet his 3rd cousin Brian which is Lori and Ken son. It was really wonderful to know that we have family near us. Not really near because we are here in Japan. They gave us an invite when we go back to states for a visit. We can stay in their home. That was awesome. :)

Brian had a good time after all. He also had a chance to let them see our kids to them. The admiration to my two children gave me a big fat heart.. Of course, my children are adorable :D. This is the only thing that the parents could be proud of. :D

I seen Benjamin writing "kameo" word on his little notebook. I was really curious of what he is doing next. After he wrote, he went to my husband's bedroom(of course my bedrooom too but we called it Daddy's bedroom) and open the internet browser. He type www.dogpile.com and after it loaded. He type the word "kameo" in the search block.

When it was loaded, he look up and down. He seemed he can read but he really did not. He saw the symbol for youtube and he clicked that. It pulled out a video clip.

He was watching it and he yelled at me that he found some movies. He was also immitating of what the character did. I was really amazed and surprised of this little brain can think of.

When Brian was online, he is on states by the way. I told Brian and also to my friends. They were surprised and told me: Awesome!!! cool!! smarty kid!!! Your son is great!

I just could not believe a 5-year old surfing in the web. I touch computer when I was in High school. Back then, we are poor though. Lots of students are computer illeterate

Sumo Day at Seika Youchien

My kids went to Seika Kindergarten school. Sumo is a national event/game here in Japan. This is the only country that practice with this game. I think all schools have a sumo event. The school invited 2 wrestlers from the stable and served 23 years in school.

My kids school scheduled May 31st and we hope that it is not a hot day. A day before, it was raining but it dries up a bit the next morning.

Benjamin was dressed up as sumo wrestler. The kids are so cute. The kids has to fight. Around 6 pairs and who will win. He will fight to one of the prof wrestler. The wrestler will got to fight first. It was fun though.

We invited our American friends and so they can watch it closely where we can not watch that in the ring.

Spring Disney Trip to Tokyo

My husband and I were talking of visiting to Disney Sea. There is no other Disney Sea but you can find only here in Tokyo Japan. I found this place a special place and the rides are more design for young teens/adults. They have Mermaid lagoon where the kids can explore the park. Rides and shows and there is a little play area for the kids where they got soaked by the water.

The most spectacular that you need to catch is the legend of mythica. This shows will be shown once because of the props maybe... I find it on a expensive show.

The kids were having and so did we. We just taking time everthing. But I never got a chance to ride the rides at something inside the volcano. Brian was saying that it is not really that great. Well maybe next time of our visit. I will definitely ride.

Jo and I are missing each other. We both did not seen each other for couple weeks. We were sending emails to have lunch together in her house. I just wanna be out in my house and be away in my computer. We were talking about the food we are going to eat but then I just cook grilled chicken breast here at home and took it to her home. Beforehand, I send an email to Jo that I am going to grilled octopus tentacles (Brian's crime) but boy! she ate those things. It was a bummer for Brian. We were late then but I am glad that Jo is just okay. The important thing is we saw each other and have a long chats. Her children are a bit quiet. It is on the shy type kid.

We were talking lots of things- shopping. Ahhh shopping at 100 yen store LOL.

We had a good time in Jo's home and even Benjamin and Mary. Benjamin loves the lego of Jo's son Calvin. Her daughter's name is also Mary- we called her tall Mary.

Strawberry Picking cancelled

I was really unhappy when the weather was forecast to be nasty. I am hoping that in the morning it will be sunny and dry. But it turns out that it is windy and wet. Benjamin's friend/classmate William, he was drop off with his Mom here at home. Whether we go for strawberry picking or not. She is going to drop off her son and pick up her nephew at the airport and she thought that William is not gonna be happy with the almost 3 hours drive to get to the airport and another 3 hours back home.

My Japanese friends were not happy with the weather. It was the official day for Spring and it is holiday here in Japan so everyone can have fun for the first day in spring. But we did not even had fun in the outside. Nasty weather!

Well, the kids were quiet happy. They were very contented, the stomach are full. I kept feeding them and giving some liquid so they won't turn into nasty behavior. I don't want them to go with the weather he he he.

The kids were watching movie space chimps- first thing in the morning and they were sit still at the sofa. They were laughing so hard because it was funny. I am happy. Then when the movie was done, I asked them if they wanted to do colors or play lego. The boys wanted to do lego. They were so cute to hear that they are building a space station. Benjamin built a robot and a rocket. William built a control room and while Mary built a library. They were talking and it is so cute to hear them. Mary sometimes made a mess with the boys by taking the pieces of the lego because it is purple.

I seen them that they were starting to get fussy, they might need a snacks. I gave them snacks and liquid. Boy! after that they are ready on the go. They are playing like running around the house. Because Benjamin launch his rocket and William also playing the balloon by pumping it and then let go. The balloon go swish and flew in every directions. Three of them were happy chasing it. Good thing, my house is completely barren or else they will hit themselves of broke something.

I asked them to settle down and then I prepared for lunch. I put movie so they will sit still. It is spongebob. They were singing along with spongebob which it is really funny. Benjamin and William had a very loud voice singing the song which it does not bother me. After I am done making lunch. I asked them to sit on the table. William does not want cheesy bread but instead he wanted peanut butter and jelly sandwich. The most fav sandwich for kids. I made one for him quick and the two were eating the cheesy bread with slices of apple and a glass of apple juice.

At around 2:30PM, we left in the house. I am thinking still to go to strawberry picking but I just thought that it is a waste of money if we can not stay longer then. I wanna eat lots of strawberry he he he.

On our way to the base, I let them sing ABC- Benjamin is singing a different version which he got from PBSkids.org and William told Benjamin that it is not the way on how to sing. William wanted him to sing the original version and he pretended he do the drumming while Ben sing. But Benjamin is so stubborn enough. He does not want to sing of what William wanted him to sing. But instead I let them sing together. They were singing and shouting in the car. I was really laughing and after 3 times they sing the songs over and over. I asked them to sing another song.

So, we got to the base around 3:10 and there. William's Dad Tim and my hubby waiting for us outside the FISC building. The boys were so happy to see their Dads but Mary was sleeping in the car even though the boys were so noisy. Mary loves their noisy songs and shouting and made her falling asleep. Nice job boys! Keep it going.

I do not have a problem with the three kids that I entertained. I even manage to clean myself by taking shower at the shower room and put a little make ups in my face. I also play my travian game while sitting and watching movie with them. No stress at all and I thought I am gonna be tired but I am just perfectly cool and enjoyed with them. Having another extra kid in the house is so good. There is someone that can entertain my children.

Last 10 minutes: Herman trying to chief my village

This is my account in travian.com on speed server-the comx and I used player name diadem. I used skelster with my other account in the different servers. Which is my husband account originally.

I was cooking dinner collard greens where I never cook before and when we were done eating. The taste of the collard green is something bitter but I ate it anyways. I went ahead and checked my account and saw that someone is attacking my village. There were two (2) attack reports in my village Jera. It has 5 minutes left and the third attack will be landed. I sent message to Herman, what's going on him? I received a replied that sitter did it. Which it is impossible for the sitter to launch an attack using the chief. Chief won't do his stuff if it is on raid attack but it should be a normal attack. Oh, he thought I am a fool. I went ahead and pull my phalanx from my village and send it to Jera-the Iron Man village. I never get there on time before the third attack landed. Even though I will use druidrider to defend my village.

This is the first attack, look what he did to my chief. He killed it: It was a hard work in training my chief.

This is the second attack. No troops since it was killed at his first attack.
Residence is not destroyed.

Then, he manage finally to destroy my residence. Since there is no troops. and loyalty lowered it down.

Now he lowered the loyalty more because my reinforcements did not get there yet. I freak out but I am so glad that my reinforcement will get there first before his last attack landed.

He is thinking that my reinforcement will not be there on time. He thought that diadem will not be online this time and I can chief his village before she will be online. What a good thinking? Then look at that! I did it Herman. I killed your two chiefs and you did not manage to get my village.

Ha ha ha.. my phalanx eaten his troops. Good for you two chiefs and clubbies.

Winter visit to Tokyo Disneyland

Brian and I decided the other night to go visit Disneyland and or Disney Sea in Tokyo. I decided to go to Disneyland instead so the kids can meet up Mickey Mouse again.

We got up early in the morning. Ben and Mary were even excited to see Mickey. I changed their clothes and bundle them up with warm clothings. Both of them woke up and does not want to go back to sleep while we are carrying them to the car. When I told them that we go see Mickey today. Their eyes are wide awake. They were watching pingu to keep them occupied while Brian is driving. They both made me crazy in the car if they aren't busy. Lots of requests and whining.

We left around 6:45AM and we ended up of gassing up inside the base. Gas is 1/2 tank. I asked Brian to buy me triangles rice thing at the 7-11 convenience store while he is withdrawing yen from the ATM. We were finally on our way at around 7:30 to Disneyland.

Heading to toontown.. my goodness the line was really bad. It was really crowded. We got there and we did not manage to do any rides at all.

This is just nothing, there was one ride. I think space mountain, it had 320 minutes wait. I won't wait that long with the kids. Fastpass is not also issued....

I advised everyone not to visit in Tokyo Disneyland during weekends, line is too long to wait.

Getting a turkey leg in Disneyland

We brought Benjamin a luncheables or else he got hungry. He is done eating while we were waiting for Brian in line waiting to get to the stand selling turkey leg. It has a long line. Look the line below, Brian was way behind it, you cant see him in the picture

I have few information about renting points to any Disney properties for your next vacation. This is a very nice information that I have in here so you have an idea of what to expect.

First: look in here for more information where is the best place to rent.

This is the rental agreement which you usually get from the DVC owner and there is also RISK in renting points. Mind you, not everything are perfect.

When you checking in to the Disney Vacation Club properties, go check out some PERKS. I like you to consider the importance of Home Resort. Go check in here when you are selecting the resorts that you wanted to stay. Try to look also the points you needed in here. It will vary in different resorts and also if it is on premier or magic times. You need to look those kind of stuff. For us, we try to be avoided the rush times like spring break Oh I hate summer time.

Mind you, do not expect that everyday you have mousekeeping. Get some information here.

I hope this will suffice your needs or shall I say information about renting points. I can also assist in renting points. I am a DVC owner for 2 resorts in DisneyWorld Florida. The Saratoga Spring Resorts and Animal Kingdom Villa. These two resorts are very nice, highly recommended. Well Disney properties are very nice.

No school for Benjamin today

My son's school is preparing for the graduation for the kindergarten and so they declared of no school today. Benjamin was so happy that he is going to stay at home. As usual, I feed him breakfast properly with all the forcing to eat. He is very picky boy.

He and I were spending time- we watch Eureka right now as I am writing this post. Mary cried and I asked him to get Mary on her bedroom. He brought the mickey mouse stuff toy here at the living room and Mary is following him bringing her 3 blankets. My kids are so funny, they have their own blankets to mess it up. If you are visiting in my house then you can see 4 or 5 blankets lying around the living room or wherever they go in the house.

Both of them are playing and it is really cute watching them sitting next to each and I saw the smile of Mary talking to her brother.

So, I will end up here right now. Photo will be posted if I have time. :)
